Copying audio to use at additional locations is forbidden and may result in prosecution. If you have multiple locations, please contact us at 888-53-ONHOLD (888-536-6465) for licensing assistance. Audio downloads: you will be permitted to download the MP3 & WAV file package up to 3 times before access is locked. You may not copy or transfer audio for use other than stated above. On Hold Factory’s liability to you with any download will not exceed the price charged for the pertinent content download.
