Within three business days from receipt of your completed questionnaire, we will email your custom script draft to you for approval. Upon your approval, we will create your music on hold production, with the voice and background music you choose, within two business days. Once your music on hold production is complete, we will email you the audio file in the format your phone system or music on hold player requires.
