- Your choice of a male or female voiced recording
- Your choice of style of background music (if music is preferred)
- Your main greeting for your telephone system (up to 30 words)
- Up to 3 voice prompts (total of up to 20 words) recorded in a single studio session.
For example, "Press 1 for Sales", "Press 2 for Technical Support", "Press 3 for the Customer Service Department" - Instructions to press 0 or hold the line to speak with an operator (up 20 words)

Note: Upon purchase, you will receive an email link to a questionnaire to begin the production and creative process. We will send you a copy of your script for approval. Upon approval, we will create your customized auto-attendant voice prompt greeting production with the voice and background music you choose. Once your audio production is complete, we will email you the audio files in the format your phone system requires.
